Belle a Cappella Goes to the Big Sing Finale
16 June 2008Congratulations to Belle a Cappella– the list has just been announced and Bella has been chosen, out of more than 200 choirs nationwide, to compete once again in the Big Sing National Finale!
You can hear Bella’s performance from this year’s regionals in Blenheim, as well as previous Finale performances, on the Videos and Mp3s page.
The Finale takes place in Wellington from 21-24 August. Each choir will perform a lunchtime recital somewhere in the Wellington CBD, present 2 ten-minute recitals for adjudication and present one item at the Gala Concert.
Last weekend we attended a wedding in Nelson( Ewan Coldicott’s brothers wedding). Belle a Capella were at the wonderful occassion to entertain us all. WOW what an awesome group of very talented young people. We would like to thank you all for a very memorable and exciting experience and we wish you all the best for your continued success. Fantastic.
