10 Music “Hootenanny” Performances

3 December 2010

10 Music classes decided to end the year with a good old-fashioned hootenanny– which was rather brave because none of us, even Mr. Burcin, knew exactly what that meant. We just thought it was a fun word.

But we persevered, chose music that had some kind of a folksy/ country/ rock feel and got stuck into rehearsals.

There was some talk of dressing up, bringing along some food, and there was a request for a pony– yeah right! I guess the motto is, “be careful what you wish for.”

Have a listen (and download) the recordings here . . . >
